Refund policy

Product returns are possible within 14 days from receiving the order for products in resalable condition. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS

If you wish to return or exchange a product you have purchased, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at info@rohje.com to receive a return number.

2. Ensure that the returned products are in resalable condition (including the original sales packaging). Please do not return anything you would not accept as a new product yourself.

3. Pack the products carefully and clearly mark the return package with “Customer return Rohje”, the return number, and your contact details. Please do not make any markings or attach shipping labels directly on the product’s sales packaging.

4. Send the package to the return address provided by us.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and refund the payment to your account (or cancel your Collector Bank invoice if you selected the invoice option).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
